ViewKlass - C++ Framework for Motif
( A clone of SGI's ViewKitTM )
ViewKlass
is a C++ framework for developing applications that use the
LessTif,
OpenMotif or
OSF/MotifTM
user interface toolkits. In particular it provides classes
that support the creation of reusable components. This helps to
simplify the development of applications using object-oriented
techniques.
It also provides classes that encapsulate some of the more
difficult and tedious aspects of Motif development. These include
classes that handle the creation of windows, dialogs and menus.
ViewKlass is derived from the Hungry
ViewKit project originally written by Chris Toshok at
The Hungry Programmers.
It aims eventually to be source code compatible with a large subset of
SGI's
ViewKit
TM library.
